Refund Policy

  1. All business structures incorporated are non-refundable
  2. Bank account openings are refundable if the client gets turned down by the bank. Refunds do not apply to a client who fails to provide all paperwork required to open the bank account, and all due diligence paperwork.
  3. OffshoreShield will not be held responsible for the policies of partner companies. Any disputes must be handled directly with the partner company. OffshoreShield will try to mediate any disputes to the mutual satisfaction of grievanced parties when possible.
  4. Refunds will be issued as quickly as banking or merchant accounts can post the credit to your account or credit card.
  5. OffshoreShield will always attempt to satisfy a customer request or dispute.
